Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over €99. Most in-stock orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same working day.

Delivery times depend on the product and where it is stocked. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

All greenhouses are shipped with Dachser due to their size and weight. Smaller parcels, such as greenhouse accessories and spare parts, are shipped with DHL. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method based on the size, weight and contents of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. For larger deliveries, the carrier may contact you in advance to arrange delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply to islands, remote areas and destinations outside the mainland. Delivery times may also be longer for these locations.

Large, valuable or heavy fireplaces (over 30 kg) are delivered free of charge by a courier to the kerbside.

Our carrier always contacts you in advance to arrange delivery.

Would you like the fireplace to be carried inside? Get in touch with us about the options. The estimated cost for this service is £149 and applies under the following conditions:

• Delivery to a maximum of 1 place of your choice (e.g. the living room)
• Paved access route of no more than 100 meters
• Up to the 4th floor (without a lift) or 1st basement level
• All passages are clear and can be passed without tools
• Max. 30 minutes of unloading time
• Return of the pallet, film and strapping is included.
