Meistro Kodas’s KLASIKA Arkinis Greenhouse combines elegant form with industrial strength. Its smooth, curved profile distributes sunlight evenly, while the strong steel frame withstands harsh conditions with ease.
Sturdy, maintenance-free frame
The structure is built from 1 mm thick, 78 mm wide galvanised omega profiles that resist corrosion and deformation. The reinforced frame supports climbing crops and hanging planters without additional bracing.
Light-efficient and weather-tolerant
- 3 m wide x 2.18 m high – extendable in 2 m sections
- Double-wall polycarbonate sheets (4 mm or 6 mm)
- UV-resistant, heat-retaining, and impact-safe glazing
- Arched roof prevents snow build-up
- All fixings, gaskets, and illustrated instructions included

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
